In a recent development, the Eastern Antarctic Plateau has filed for a lawsuit against local IMD labs for stealing the title of the “world’s coldest place”. As tensions flared, officials in charge of IMD labs fought back by claiming “Nuh-uh, we’re often the hottest places on earth as well. What, are we going to get Death Valley involved in this too?” Despite reaching out for comment, Death Valley has yet to respond.
